  • What's included in the implementation?
    The implementation starts with us connecting your accounting software to the financial model, We will then set up the financial model in excel, tied to your chart of accounts We will then focus on building out your financial model over 3 1 hour sessions with a CFO. We will start with creating your revenue build, and then move on to your headcount forecast. After that, we will focus on your operating expenses, and cash flows item. Once we are finished, we will then build out a number of dashboards & pitch decks to help you easily ingest this data
  • How long does it take to get started?
    The whole process typically takes about 2 weeks, over 3 lives 1 hour sessions with a CFO
  • Do you use excel?
    Yes, this model is built entirely in excel. Our app also has some automations to speed up the refreshing and pitch deck generation, however you are welcome to stay entirely in excel
  • Can I add other members from my team to the financial model?
    Yes, we work in Microsoft Sharepoint, which will allow you to work with any other collaborators in real time - both in Excel’s native application, and in Excel online
  • Is this customizable?
    Absolutely! Because we’ll be working in excel, we will be able to customize this model entirely to your needs
  • What is included in the monthly rollforward?
    This involves us importing in your Income Statement and Balance sheet from your accounting software, and updating your financial package with a budget vs actuals & other dashboards that can be customized to your needs
  • What’s the cancellation policy?
    All plans are month-to-month with the ability to cancel at any time, with 30 days written notice.
  • Can we also connect on slack?
    Yes, our Scale and Growth plans offer support via slack as well as live support
  • What if I’m not sure about the details behind our business model?
    That’s one of the biggest things we’ll help you with! We will work with you to help you understand how you can acquire customers, retain those customers, and generate revenue from those customers
  • What is an FAQ section? (Demo)
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
